Reports of sexual harassment and discrimination can be made to the OECS Ethics Committee. Read the policy here.
Any individual or group may file a complaint by emailing the Ethics Committee if there is a concern about projects or activities implemented by the OECS. The Ethics Committee can be contacted by hotline: 1-758-455-6304. The complaint must contain credible, detailed information supporting the allegation(s).

Pool Procurement Product Complaint Form - Health and General Public
The OECS is pleased to present its product complaint form. The form is for the use of both health professionals and the lay public who may want to report a defect or any issues with a product quality with any of the health commodities that are procured and supplied through the OECS/PPS pooled procurement mechanism.
