At the recently concluded 45th meeting of the OECS Authority, the implementation of the Programme for Improved Statistical Systems in the OECS and the OECS Labour Market Programme were endorsed by the Authority.
The OECS Secretariat in collaboration with the Conseil Régional de Martinique (CRM) have arranged for a study tour to Martinique for at least two participants from each Member States (i.e. Statistics Department and Tourism Authority) with the singular intent to advance OECS – Martinique cooperation in the development of tourism statistics. The study tour is schedule to take place from June 26 -27, 2007.
