Guide
- Install OECSInfo CD Rom.
- Double Click on OECSInfo Icon in Desktop. The OECSInfo homepage will open. To open database, hover over icons at the top of the slideshow and click on the Indicator Button or click on open from the File Menu.
- To search for indicators, click on Sector or type an indicator name in the search bar.
- Click on a specified Sector or Sub Sector in the left panel and the related indicators will appear in the available indicator column.
- To select an indicator from the available indicator column, double click on the indicator or use the appropriate select arrow at top right side of the available column. The indicator would then appear in the selected indicator column.
- Next, select the time period/s for the selected indicator/s. Click the Time Period Button in the Main Menu . Multiple time periods can be selected and the select arrows can be used. Click on Auto Select (blue arrow) to display the available time periods for the selected indicator/s.
- Click on the Area Button to select the required area from the area tree, beginning with Latin America down to the OECS Member States Districts or Parishes.
- Click on the data button to display data for the selected indicator/s, time period/s , and areas/s.
- Click on the Click to Enlarge Button to Enlarge the table displaying your data. You can then click on wizard to edit your table.
- Click on the Click to Enlarge Button to enlarge the graph displaying your data. You can then click on wizard to edit and change your graph type.
- Click on the Click to Enlarge Button to enlarge the Map displaying your data. You can then click on Wizard to edit the map.
- Choose Gallery to save and manage the Table, graph and map presentation created in OECSInfo.
- Choose the Report Button to create a customized table using the Report Wizard.
- Click on the “i” button or right click and choose information to access the Metadata for the selected indicator.
