This activity set provides
the refinement for the
substantial work that
has been done in a number
of areas. The Handbook
for Guidance Counsellors
will be subjected to
a number of consultations
to allow for modification
and adaptation to specific
environmental situations.
The refined document
will be distributed to
all countries as reference
material.
The Appraisal Scheme
will be disseminated
upon request by member
countries. The Scheme,
together with the guidelines,
will be printed and published
in electronic as well
as paper format and made
available to all member
countries.
Provision is made for
within-country consultation
designed to adopt and
adapt core elements of
the Code of Ethics to
suit particular situations
of individual countries.
The refined Code will
be printed and published
for distribution to countries.
The initiative regarding
the professional development
of principals will draw
upon two sub-activities
carried out by Dominica
and Grenada respectively.
The framework to be developed
will be used to carry
out similar activities
at the national level.
