It is our pleasure to present the sixth issue of our biannual Newsletter. The OECS Secretariat wishes to extend its deepest sympathies on the passing of Mrs. Katrina Ryan to her family, fellow Directors of Statistics, and staff of the Montserrat Statistics Department.
Mrs. Ryan was a valuable asset to the statistical development of the OECS region, and we mourn her loss and would like to dedicate this issue of the Stats-in-Focus Newsletter as a tribute in honour of her.
