| Six Heads Of Government To Attend 36th Authority Meeting In St Kitts And Nevis |

Six of the eight Heads of Government of the Organisation of the Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) will attend the 36th Meeting of the Authority when it convenes in Basseterre on June 18th. Leading their country's respective delegations are Antigua and Barbuda's Prime Minister, the Hon. Lester Bird; British Virgin Islands' Chief Minister, the Hon. Ralph T. O'Neal; Montserrat's Chief Minister, the Hon. John Osborne; Grenada's Prime Minister Dr. the Hon. Keith Mitchell; St. Kitts and Nevis' Prime Minister, Dr. the Hon. Denzil L. Douglas; St. Lucia's Prime Minister Dr. the Hon. Kenny Anthony and St. Vincent and the Grenadines Prime Minister, Dr. the Hon. Ralph Gonsalves. Absent will be Dominica's Prime Minister the Hon. Pierre Charles and Anguilla's Chief Minister, the Hon. Osbourne Fleming. Anguilla will be represented by Minister of Finance, the Hon. Victor Banks and Dominica, by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Marketing, the Hon. Osbourne Riviere. Several delegations include Ministers, Ambassadors and High Commissioners, Permanent Secretaries and senior officials. A heavy agenda is before the Heads of Government when they meet at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) Auditorium on June 19th and 20th .
