member grouping
comprising Antigua
and Barbuda, Commonwealth
of Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St
Kitts and Nevis, St.
Lucia and St
Vincent and the
Grenadines. Anguilla and
the British
Virgin Islands are
associate members
of the OECS.
