“La Note Diplomatique” is a bi-monthly analytical news report of the Embassies of the Eastern Caribbean States and Missions to the European Union. Its aim is to inform and stimulate strategic policy debate in the OECS region re-garding our relationship with the European Union, its Member Sates, the ACP Group and other partners in Europe with a view to advancing the diplomatic, economic and development objectives of the States we represent.
