  1. Where can information be found on how to apply for a Pilot's Licence in the OECS?

  2. What has changed in Engineers' Personnel Licensing with respect to the new Regulations?

    Not much has changed in this area from the old British system. Airworthiness Notices 3 & 10 have now become PLAC 3 & 10 respectively. The former Section L syllabus is now contained in Appendix 2 to Part 2 of the Regulations

  3. Can one Aircraft Maintenance Technician's Licence (AMT) be used in all of the OECS islands?

    No. An AMT specific to the respective island is required

  4. Having obtained one OECS AMT, how can others be obtained?

    Upon application and payment of the required fee
