OECS Part 145 no longer applies to those OECS States which have passed the new Civil Aviation Regulations. The applicable Regulations in those cases is Part 6 of the new Regulations

- What has changed in the new Regulations with respect to AMOs?
Several things have changed which applicants need to familiarize themselves with. For example, the Maintenance Exposition and Engineering Manual has now become the Maintenance Procedures Manual and the Maintenance Control Manual respectively and with respect to certification, there is no longer a requirement for a Certificate of Maintenance Review
